— Durham authorities are searching for information relating to two bag snatchings that have been reported at the Streets at Southpoint shopping center within the last few fourteen days.

Relating to police, the very first event had been reported on Dec. 30 at about 2:40 p.m. A 66-year-old woman ended up being walking within the parking area near Belk when she was knocked unconscious.

"whenever I was at the EMT van, my entire T-shirt was full of blood, " she stated. "The day after, you might see bruises on my arm from three fingerprints. We have a bruise to my hip and a bruise to my leg. I think he was a poor guy because he didn't only grab the bag."

The 2nd incident happened Jan. 2 fleetingly before 8:30 p.m. authorities stated the muggers had been described as high, slim guys who have been putting on light-colored garments and masks. The men left the scene in a white, four-door automobile, possibly a Mazda.
