People, Planet, Profit : the new shift
In 1960, Jerome Mc Carthy identified what he called the 4 P's of the Marketing, the 4 P's have been broadly popularized by Philip Kotler, one of the famous marketing's guru. Half a century and many commercial and social disasters later, Peter Fisk, the author of the so called book People, Planet, Profit : How to embrace sustainability, innovation and business growth, learn us the new shift of all the successful companies in the Future. People, because withour people inside the organisation, nothing can be done. Employer must care about employees who produce wealth for the companies, and they must care about the consumers, increasingly sensitize to the Sustainable development. Planet, because without the natural ressources granted by our planet, nothing could happen, think about natural disasters caused by our ecological footprint. Profit then, because if the both People and Planet are care about by the companies, everybody should gain a profit. The people because they will benefit of a long-lasting planet where to prosper in all the aspects : from the perspective of Health, community and economy. Here is the new economic paradigm. The new necessary shift for the business.
